Information on online dispute resolution
In compliance with Directive 2013/11/EU, the EU Commission provides a platform for resolving online disputes (“ODR Platform”). Consumers may use the ODR Platform to obtain assistance free of charge in submitting consumer complaints in respect of a sales contract or service contract concluded online as well as information on the procedures applied by consumer mediation bodies within the European Union. The ODR Platform can be accessed using the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The website operator does not take part in the dispute resolution procedure before a consumer mediation body.
